Forsyth County is seeking a contractor to repair the commercial curtain-wall glass system on the front of Central Library. The existing system leaks at many points along the facility's curtain wall facing Fifth Street. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on September 22, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in the lobby of Forsyth County Central Library. Firms not represented at the meeting will not be eligible to submit bids. Complete bid documents, specifications, and submission instructions must be obtained from Russell Frye during normal business hours.
