Description
The City of Winston-Salem is soliciting informal bids for replacement of existing HVAC systems and installation of a new HVAC system serving the Forsyth County Department of Social Services server room. The prime contractor must hold the license required under Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for September 15 or 16, 2026, between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM; firms without a representative in attendance will not be considered. The full bid document must be requested by email from the purchasing contact. Technical questions are due by September 23, 2026, at 5:00 PM, and bids are due by September 30, 2026, at 1:00 PM.
