Description
Forsyth County is soliciting sealed bids from a properly licensed general contractor for renovation and upfit of a new dental suite in the Health Services complex at 725 N. Highland Avenue. The bidding documents include specifications and plans, and bidders are responsible for reviewing existing conditions and work parameters. Attendance by a representative at the mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit is required to submit a bid. A 5% bid bond is required with the bid, and the awarded contractor must provide 100% performance and payment bonds. Technical questions must be submitted electronically, and the question period closes at 5:00 PM on September 17, 2026.
