Description
The Winter Park Housing Authority is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to replace 50 rooftop exhaust fans at Plymouth. The work includes removing and legally disposing of the existing units, installing replacement units in the same locations, reconnecting them using existing electrical hookups, and completing associated roof-interface and restoration work. The IFB documents must be obtained through the eProcurement Marketplace. Minority- and/or women-owned businesses are encouraged to respond, but no set-aside is stated.
