Description
The Port Department is soliciting bids for the complete interior build-out of two empty shell office spaces within one building: a 3,010-square-foot main office on Level 1 and a 2,220-square-foot administration office on Level 2. The work includes interior partition walls, doors and security-door modifications, suspended or gypsum-board ceilings, floor tiling, and associated finish work throughout offices, workstations, reception areas, conference rooms, storage rooms, restrooms, kitchens, and support spaces. The scope also includes electrical rough-in and finish work, lighting, receptacles, dedicated appliance circuits, data and communications cabling, access-control wiring, emergency egress lighting, exit signage, and CCTV/security rough-in. Plumbing work includes water, waste, vent, fixtures, sinks, a janitor’s service basin, and connections to existing systems. The contractor must verify existing conditions and dimensions, coordinate with existing electrical and building systems, and provide VAT-inclusive pricing. HVAC, furniture, fire-suppression installation, structural work to the building envelope, and most signage are excluded. Bids must include a business licence, tax compliance certificate, NIB registration, and references or similar work, and must be submitted through the designated procurement system.
