Description
Marion County Utilities is soliciting prequalification applications from subcontractors and vendors supporting construction of the Silver Springs Shores East Maintenance and Equipment Building. Charles Perry Partners, Inc. has been selected as construction manager and will evaluate prequalified firms for potential bidding opportunities. Requested scopes include concrete, masonry, waterproofing, doors and hardware, glazing, overhead doors, drywall and framing, stucco, painting and coatings, flooring, resinous flooring, signage, metal canopies, specialties, casework, metal building work, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, access control, and sitework. Prequalification is mandatory for any party wishing to bid. The submission requires a bonding capacity letter, completed online bid table, certificate of insurance, W-9, proposal, bid form, safety program acceptance agreement, subcontractor scope review addendum, agents of subcontractor signatory form, E-Verify affidavit, and EFT form.
