Description
Victoria Independent School District is soliciting percentage discounts from vendors’ price lists for miscellaneous paint, painting materials, and supplies. Discounts must apply to in-store, catalog, and/or online pricing unless otherwise stated, and the district may make multiple awards to provide flexibility and variety. Vendors must maintain local warehouse facilities with sufficient inventory. Most purchases will be made through blanket or open purchase orders, and products must either be available at the vendor’s location for district employees or be made available to the district within 24 hours after notification. The contract period is November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027, with two possible 12-month extensions, subject to satisfactory service, unchanged discounts, and available funds. Required response materials include the deviation form, paint proposal form, Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, federal contracts addendum, Form 1295, and Form W-9.
