Description
Christian County is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to paint the back portion of the exterior of its County Building at 110 West Elm Street in Ozark, Missouri. The successful vendor must follow the attached Scope of Work and Exhibit A and state the number of business days required to complete the project. The initial contract term is for the project duration. Proposals will be evaluated through a competitive negotiated, best-value process, with 70% assigned to total cost and 30% to adherence to the RFP requirements, including firm qualifications, the Declaration Page, responses in the Attributes tab, exceptions to the terms and conditions, and references. Interviews, discussions, negotiations, shortlisting, and a best-and-final offer may be used. Insurance requirements are provided in the attachments. A completed Declaration Page is required, must include the bidder's full business address, and must be signed in ink. The mandatory preproposal conference/site visit must be attended in order to bid. Proposals must be submitted online through the county's electronic bidding portal; emailed and faxed submissions are not accepted.
