Description
Centre de services scolaire Marie-Victorin is seeking a single general contractor for an on-demand contract covering the organization, coordination, performance, or subcontracting of various construction work at its buildings and facilities. The scope expressly includes painting and plaster work, with work performed according to the solicitation specifications and unit prices in the price schedule. The contractor must accept all requests from the organization throughout the contract period and will not be placed on a contractor list. The submission must include the completed and signed Submission Form and the documents identified in its article 7.00, including the Price Schedule, bid security, a commitment letter for performance and labor-and-material payment guarantees, the Charter of the French Language appendix, a Revenu Québec attestation or applicable no-establishment-in-Quebec form, required Building Act licenses, a document-reproduction declaration when applicable, AMP contracting authorization when required by the bid amount, and proof of required liability insurance coverage. Electronic submissions are permitted only through the electronic tendering system. The initial term is one year from issuance of the award notice, with two consecutive one-year renewal options, for a maximum possible term of three years.
