Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking quotations for two line items totaling four boxes of iohexol injection, USP, 300 mg/mL in 150 mL polymer bottles, packaged as 10 bottles per box. The requested item is identified by NSN 6505-01-665-9178 and manufacturer part number NDC00407-1413-65; the solicitation identifies GE Healthcare Inc. as the manufacturer and CAGE code 0AY96. Delivery is required within five days after order to two destinations: Naval Medical Readiness Logistics Command, Cheatham Annex, Williamsburg, Virginia, and USS Iwo Jima LHD 7, FPO AA 34094.
