Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quote for one package of 80 units of sodium chloride 0.9% injection, USP, 100 mL, identified by NSN 6505-01-384-1365 and manufacturer part number 2B0043. The item is associated with Baxter Healthcare and is FDA-regulated. The supply must meet the stated medical packaging, marking, shelf-life, inspection, and delivery requirements. The item has a 24-month, non-extendable shelf-life requirement, must be commercially packaged and marked in accordance with Medical Marking Standard No. 1 and applicable DLA requirements, and must be delivered FOB destination within 20 days after order.
