The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking quotations for three separate line items, each requiring one box of benzocaine 10% cream with aloe and chamomile. Each box must contain four 1.75-ounce containers and provide temporary relief of pain and itching from chigger and other insect bites. The item has a 24-month, non-extendable shelf-life requirement.
