The State of Utah is providing an informational courtesy posting regarding its intent to participate in contracts resulting from the NASPO ValuePoint Request for Proposal for medical supplies, led by the State of Idaho under Solicitation 1433. The scope is identified under UNSPSC Segment 42 and includes medical equipment, accessories, consumable supplies, assistive and corrective devices, and related supplies used in medical practice, including veterinary applications. Utah is not conducting the RFP. Vendors must submit questions and proposals to the lead state's procurement office through the lead state's solicitation system. If Utah enters into a participating addendum, eligible Utah public entities, nonprofit organizations, federal agencies, and other legally authorized entities may use the resulting cooperative contract.
