Description
The State of Wyoming is seeking proposals for existing office space in Jackson, Wyoming, with a minimum of 5,500 and maximum of 7,000 square feet, available for occupancy by July 1, 2027, or earlier. The space will support the Department of Family Services and/or Department of Workforce Services and must include secure offices, lobby or waiting areas, storage, conference space, kitchen or break-room access, parking, accessible design, compliant building systems, telecommunications infrastructure, restrooms, secure entrances, and other specified facility features. The lessor must include utilities, janitorial services, cleaning supplies, snow and ice removal, seasonal grounds care, maintenance, heating and cooling, carpet cleaning, and related building services in the proposed annual rent. Proposals must include a technical proposal, cost proposal using the provided price sheet, relevant background and experience, at least three recent professional tenant references, a floor plan or building outline, a single point of contact, availability information, and any contract exceptions. Proof of insurance or other credentials may also be included. The proposal is due through the Public Purchase online bidding system by October 22, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
