Description
The Municipality of Sainte-Martine is soliciting proposals for construction and modernization of potable-water infrastructure. The project includes constructing a potable-water reserve, upgrading the existing reserve, and providing a new building, a distribution pumping station with four pumps, a green-sand filtration treatment system, a chemical-dosing system, and a generator. Bidders must provide a bid guarantee meeting the referenced BNQ standard, hold the required license under Quebec's Building Act, and satisfy the stated establishment and document-purchase requirements. The contract award is conditional on approval of the specified borrowing bylaw and funding response. The estimated contract period is 22 months.
