Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for eight medical instrument and supply bag inserts, NSN 6545-01-397-5260, part number RUS385. Each insert must be a roll-type nylon design measuring 38 by 13.5 inches, with 15 individually numbered pockets for medical supplies and instruments and interlocking hook-and-loop fasteners. The item is not regulated by the FDA. The quotation must identify the source and part number being supplied. Delivery is required within 20 days after award, FOB destination, with destination inspection and acceptance. Commercial packaging, medical marking, palletization, and shipping requirements apply; delivery is to Hurlburt Field, Florida. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System by the stated return deadline.
