Description
The New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision, Division of Industries, is soliciting bids for white T130 flat bedsheets and pillowcases made from a poly/cotton blend. The required flat sheets are 54–66 inches wide by 99–106 inches long, and pillowcases are 20 by 32 inches; both have a maximum 5% shrinkage requirement. Estimated annual quantities are 6,000 dozen flat bedsheets and 4,000 dozen pillowcases, with minimum orders of 1,000 dozen and 500 dozen, respectively. Products must be packaged three dozen per box, with each dozen polybagged and each box labeled with the description, size, quantity, item code, and purchase-order number. Shipments must be palletized on 48-by-40-inch four-way hardwood GMA reusable pallets and delivered F.O.B. destination to designated New York State locations. Bidders must provide pricing, product literature and specifications, a manufacturer's certificate, a certificate of manufacture, and the other certifications and forms listed in the bid package. The contract period is November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2029, with renewal options.
