Description
The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health, through Ohio Pharmacy Services, is soliciting quotes for approximately 50,000 30-gallon wax-coated paper bags measuring 16 x 11 x 39 inches. The bags are expected to be supplied in monthly shipments during fiscal year 2027 because of limited storage space, with the agency contacting the awarded supplier as each shipment is needed. Substitutions are not permitted unless expressly authorized. Bidders must provide a sample quantity before award so the agency can verify compliance with the requirements. Pricing must be entered in the OhioBuys item grid and include applicable delivery, setup, warranty, and freight costs.
