Description
Iowa Prison Industries is seeking a supplier for estimated annual quantities of 5,000 yards each of navy blue and heather grey fleece fabric. The fabric must be 50% cotton and 50% polyester, weigh 10 ounces, and have a roll width between 63 and 68 inches. The material will be used to manufacture sweatpants and sweatshirts. Bidders must provide a two-yard sample of each quoted fabric color, along with samples of the quoted ribbing, at no charge for evaluation. Bidders must also provide complete fabric and ribbing specifications, identify minimum order quantities and lead times, and note any deviations from the stated requirements. The bid price sheet, certification letter, and authorization to release information letter must be completed and signed.
