Description
The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support is conducting a Sources Sought notice and Request for Information to identify potential suppliers of acrylic sandbags. The requested items are NSN 8105-01-331-3704, lusterless tan, and NSN 8105-00-935-7101, camouflage green; the market survey lists estimated annual quantities of 1,500 and 1,000 bags, respectively. Acrylic material is mandatory, and alternatives are not acceptable. The agency is considering a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity long-term contract for direct vendor delivery and DLA direct requirements, with a base period and option years not exceeding five years. Respondents must complete the market survey addressing business status, manufacturing or dealer status, supply capability, lead time, commerciality, Berry Amendment compliance, pricing, production and inventory capacity, warranties, government contracting experience, registration, surge capability, and electronic data interchange capability.
