Description
The Peoria Park District is soliciting bids for a broad range of 2027 golf and groundskeeping supplies. The 92 bid items include granular and liquid fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, insecticides, growth regulators, surfactants, and other turf-care products, along with golf-course supplies such as tee towels, flagsticks, flags, cups, tee markers, hole-cutter components, repair kits, directional markers, and signs. Additional parks-order items include vegetation-control and turf products. Products must be new, delivered in original sealed packaging, and supplied in the specified quantities and brands unless an item is marked as eligible for an approved equal. The bidder must provide documentation supporting any proposed alternate. Delivery is required in full to the Park District warehouse between March 1 and March 12, 2027; partial or nonconforming deliveries may be rejected. The bid package requires completion of the listed compliance, ownership, equal-employment, tax, and bid forms, plus a certificate of insurance and accompanying additional-insured endorsement. Past performance and vendor support will be considered in evaluating bids.
