Description
Delavan Community Unit School District 703 is requesting proposals for three service areas: 1 Gbps symmetric leased-fiber Internet access on a month-to-month basis for up to 12 months; break/fix maintenance and technical support for eligible internal network connections; and managed internal broadband services, including managed Wi-Fi, 24-hour monitoring, LAN/WLAN management and repair, helpdesk support, installation, activation, configuration, reporting, and infrastructure recommendations. Maintenance and managed-service bidders must provide separate pricing options for one-, two-, and three-year terms, with either fixed hourly or monthly rates as applicable. Proposals must include a valid 498 ID (SPIN), eligible and ineligible costs, all fees and surcharges, applicable E-Rate pricing requirements, and any requested installation or alternative-equipment details. Price is the primary evaluation factor, followed by overall needs, school-district experience, E-Rate capability, and local presence.
