Description
Creve Coeur Public Library is seeking bids or proposals for one 200–500 Mbps Internet Access and Data Transmission Service and any Category One network equipment necessary to make the connection operational. Installation and initial configuration are included for both service requests, and proposals must identify the proposed transmission medium, such as fiber, copper, microwave, or coax. Proposals must include the bidder’s Service Provider Identification Number, a current Service Provider Annual Certification on file with USAC, clearly separated eligible and ineligible products and costs, projected eligible monthly recurring taxes and fees, shipping charges where applicable, and a scope of work for any installation services. One-year and multiple-year contracts with voluntary extensions may be considered, and the service provider must be able to begin service on July 1, 2027. Service provider invoice discounts are preferred, and the applicant may consider equivalent brands and quantities other than those listed.
