Description
Delavan CUSD #703 has developed a Use of Funds plan for its ARP ESSER III allocation, as required by the American Rescue Plan. The district must allocate 20% of funds to address learning loss. Allowable uses include improved air quality controls, building and facility maintenance, increased cleaning measures, activities to support low-income students, students with disabilities, English learners, and homeless youth, educational technology, and mental, emotional, and behavioral health services including SEL. Funds must be spent by September 30, 2024. The district is soliciting public input on the plan.
