Description
The Town of Normal is requesting proposals from qualified environmental consulting firms to provide lead-based paint evaluation and clearance services for single-family housing rehabilitation projects. The work must comply with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's Lead Safe Housing Rule, 24 CFR Part 35, Subpart J. The solicitation identifies lead-based paint inspections, risk assessments, and clearance services as the required scope. Proposals will be evaluated based on responsiveness, relevant experience, project-team qualifications, references, and per-unit pricing.
