Description
The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Research Service intends to purchase one strip-till plow through simplified commercial-item procedures. The acquisition is expected to be a firm-fixed-price purchase order with an estimated value below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold of $350,000. This is a presolicitation notice rather than an open RFQ, RFP, or IFB. The agency plans to solicit quotations directly from at least three manufacturers or suppliers and does not intend to post a formal RFQ publicly.
