Description
Christ Lutheran School is seeking bids for Category 2 Managed Internal Broadband Services involving leased equipment and all eligible hardware and software. Proposals must clearly separate eligible and ineligible products and services and identify their associated costs or percentages. Proposers must include a Service Provider Identification Number, maintain a current Service Provider Annual Certification on file, provide a contact person’s name, phone number, and email address, and offer the Lowest Corresponding Price. The selected provider must cost-allocate eligible and ineligible amounts on invoices. If installation services are proposed, a Scope of Work must be included. The service provider must agree to a July 1, 2027, service start date, include applicable shipping charges, and provide qualifications for personnel who may perform work on the school’s premises. Equivalent brands may be considered, and preference will be given to providers offering service provider invoice discounts.
