Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, Illinois Waterway Project, is soliciting a firm-fixed-price offer for one new rough-terrain fuel-electric articulated boom lift. The lift must have, at minimum, a 660-pound capacity, 51-foot-6-inch working height, 22-foot-9-inch horizontal reach, 4-wheel drive, cold-weather package, specified electric and diesel power systems, safety and control features, a 6-foot dual-entry platform, foam-filled rough-terrain tires, and other listed equipment and accessories. The offer must identify the make and model, warranty information, specification sheet, and any deviations from the requirements. The equipment must include operating and maintenance manuals, manufacturer tabulated data where applicable, a unique identification tag, and standard manufacturer warranty and recall information. The lift is to be delivered FOB destination no later than 170 calendar days after award or receipt of order, as applicable. The contractor must provide a turn-key-ready machine and demonstrate installation, use, and removal of each attachment, along with basic familiarization, within three hours after delivery. The acquisition is a total small-business set-aside, and award will be based on price for the conforming offer.
