Description
The U.S. Army National Guard is seeking a contractor to perform certified annual safety inspections and routine preventive maintenance on eleven government-owned aerial work platforms, including JLG scissor and boom lifts and Genie scissor and vertical mast lifts. The contractor must provide management, certified labor, tools, transportation, supplies, replacement filters, fluids, lubricants, equipment, supervision, and compliant personal protective equipment. Services include inspections of structural, electrical, hydraulic, emergency, drivetrain, wheel, tire, decal, and placard systems; preventive servicing and lubrication; waste removal; defect reporting; certified inspection reports; and weather-resistant inspection tags. Technicians must have active JLG and Genie factory-trained certifications or recognized commercial equivalents. The work is an on-site, firm-fixed-price service with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods, and must comply with applicable OSHA, ANSI/SAIA, manufacturer, and federal requirements.
