Description
The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Research Service is soliciting a Bruker-brand Minispec mq20 upgradeable variable-temperature time-domain nuclear magnetic resonance analyzer. The required system includes a 20 MHz transmitter and probe assembly, variable-temperature capability, pulse programmer, receiver/analog-to-digital converter, compatible Minispec software or a Windows 11-compatible upgrade, standalone Windows 11 computer, certified solid-fat-content calibration samples, automated sample changer, thermostat bath, and compatibility with existing TC3/TC6 baths and 10 mm probes. The system must support specified AOCS, ISO, and IUPAC methods. The contractor must provide shipping and handling, at least a one-year warranty from completed installation, onsite installation, training, testing, and verification. Brand-name-or-equal products may be proposed, but quotations must include descriptive literature demonstrating compliance with all salient characteristics. The award is expected to be a firm-fixed-price order using a lowest-price-technically-acceptable evaluation, with delivery required within 30 days after receipt of order.
