Description
Duncanville Independent School District is establishing a multi-award catalog contract with vendors that can provide retail and general merchandise, groceries, food supplies, and restaurant or catering services on an as-needed basis. Vendors must submit pricing or catalog information, including shipping and handling terms, and may receive purchase orders throughout the solicitation's open period. The response requires completion of the online proposal attributes and submission of the required vendor information and attachments, including a published price list, W-9, Vendor Data Form, and, if applicable, a Conflict of Interest Questionnaire. Respondents must also provide three references for similar products or services, delivery and ordering information, local representative details, and applicable certifications. The contract covers the 2026–2027 school year, with three additional years available by mutual agreement.
