Description
Humble Independent School District is establishing a pool of qualified vendors for general merchandise, products, equipment, supplies, and associated services needed for district facilities, schools, administrative offices, and instructional departments. Eligible offerings include appliances; non-instructional audio and visual equipment; cafeteria support items; facility maintenance and custodial supplies; furniture; industrial equipment and tools; material-handling equipment; medical equipment and supplies excluding automated external defibrillators; office supplies and equipment; refrigeration parts, supplies, and accessories; and rental services. Athletic equipment and services, custom awards and promotional items, books and publications, educational and consulting services, instructional materials, and school safety products and services are excluded. Vendors must submit a catalog or brochure, or a website link showcasing offered products or services, along with a pricing list or other product information and any applicable installation, shipping, and associated-service pricing. Responses are submitted electronically through the district's online bidding system. Awards may be made to multiple vendors and may result in as-needed or annual purchasing arrangements; placement on the approved vendor list does not guarantee future purchases or sales volume. The proposal remains in effect from award through August 11, 2028, subject to the stated extension provision.
