Description
North East Independent School District is soliciting proposals from multiple vendors for catalog-discount agriscience magnet program supplies, equipment, parts, repairs, and related services. The solicitation is an extended response period bid, with awards made incrementally as proposals are received, evaluated, and accepted. Purchases will be made on an as-needed basis, and the district does not guarantee quantities or dollar amounts. Responses are requested electronically through the district’s e-bidding platform, although paper bids are legally accepted. The proposal must include proof of insurance meeting the district’s requirements, a signed and notarized Hold Harmless Agreement, a Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, and a Vendor Inquiry Form. A W-9 and Form 1295 disclosure are also identified in the solicitation materials; contractor fingerprinting applies before services involving work with or close proximity to students. The Pre-Employment/Pre-Service Affidavit is optional at proposal submission.
