Description
The Water Forum, administratively a department of the City of Sacramento, is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms for an on-call professional services list. Multiple contracts are anticipated, with up to five firms selected in each of five categories: Water Resources Planning, Analysis, and Technical Support; Habitat Restoration Technical Analysis, Design, and Engineering; Science and Monitoring; Outreach Strategy, Stakeholder Engagement, and Communications; and Environmental Compliance, Permitting, and Documentation. Services may include hydrologic and groundwater analysis, habitat restoration design and engineering, fisheries monitoring, field and remote-sensing investigations, website and data visualization, public outreach and facilitation, signage, environmental studies, permitting, and CEQA/NEPA documentation. Firms may propose for selected subcategories rather than all services. Individual agreements will generally range from approximately $5,000 to $249,999, with possible amounts above $249,999 depending on scope. The on-call list is intended for the period October 2026 through June 2031. Responses must include the required cover sheet, introductory letter, qualifications and experience, references, rate sheet and billing methodology, insurance/conflict-of-interest information, and signed signature form.
