Description
Placer County is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified consulting firms to prepare Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs) for private and public projects. Under the County's Environmental Review Ordinance, EIRs must be prepared by consultants under contract to Placer County. The County may enter into three-party contracts with the consultant and project applicant for private and public projects, and will contract directly with consultants for County projects. The solicitation will establish a qualified list of firms selected based on their qualifications. The list will remain valid for three years from the date of award, with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods.
