Description
Washington Unified School District is soliciting proposals for Category 2 network electronics for nine sites. The scope includes one Fortinet or equivalent firewall service, components, and necessary software and licenses; one Fortinet firewall service and components maintenance requirement; 110 Panduit or equivalent racks; and maintenance for 110 racks. No installation is requested. Refurbished equipment is not acceptable, and equivalent products must be supported by substantiating equivalency data and corresponding manufacturer warranty. Proposals must include an equipment list using the provided Attachment A format, E-Rate eligibility percentages, tax, shipping, and grand totals. Respondents must provide a cover letter, firm description, personnel information, capacity and methodology, past performance and K-12 E-Rate references, customer service information, manufacturer reseller authorization, Secure Networks Act certification, financial statement, SPIN, FCC Registration Number, FCC Green Light Status evidence, and any required equivalency documentation. Price for eligible goods and services is the primary evaluation factor, followed by other cost, technical compliance, experience and references, and financial stability.
