Description
Westchester County is soliciting bids for the provision of service of process for all Family Court proceedings within the county. Bidders must register and download bid documents from the Empire State Purchasing Group website (www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york). A bid security in the form of a certified check for $500.00, payable to the County of Westchester, must be submitted with the bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance security of $1,000.00. The County encourages participation by Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Women Business Enterprises (WBE), and certified business enterprises owned and controlled by service-disabled veterans.
