Description
The Town of Greenburgh is soliciting proposals for HVAC and roof replacement services. The project includes replacing the roof at the Greenburgh Public Library (approximately 35,000 sq ft EPDM roof with a skylight) and portions of the roof over the gymnasium at the Theadore D. Young Community Center (approximately 10,100 sq ft EPDM roof). The library's HVAC equipment will also be repaired or replaced. The selected consultant will be responsible for design, preparation of technical drawings and specifications, construction management, and providing engineer's estimates. The consultant will also need to provide separate bid tables for the library roof replacement, library HVAC replacement, and TDYCC roof replacement work.
