Description
The Town of Greenwich is seeking proposals for a Promotional Testing Administrator to design and implement a written exam and an oral assessment center for Fire Department personnel seeking promotion to Deputy Fire Chief. The services are anticipated to be provided in Fall 2026, with a minimum of one week between the written exam and the oral assessment center. The selected contractor will be responsible for the development and administration of these assessments. The Department of Human Resources will collaborate on job posting, candidate application collection, and communication regarding scheduling and score reporting. The contract term is one year with four one-year option years.
