Description
Greater Dayton Premier Management is seeking a contractor to clear approximately 1,900 linear feet of perimeter fence line at Riverview Estates. Work includes removing brush, weeds, vines, and volunteer trees; mowing and trimming vegetation; pruning approximately 30 trees to specified clearances; grinding or treating stumps; applying EPA-registered herbicide through a properly licensed applicator; hauling and legally disposing of debris; and restoring damaged or disturbed areas. The contractor must protect residents, structures, utilities, fencing, and property; comply with applicable ANSI, OSHA, Davis-Bacon/HUD prevailing-wage, and Section 3 requirements; provide an ISA Certified Arborist and appropriately licensed pesticide applicator; maintain required insurance; and submit three commercial tree and vegetation-management references. The signed GDPM quote form is required, and bids must be submitted electronically by the stated deadline. A bid guarantee and payment/performance bond are required if the bid exceeds $100,000.
