Description
Greater Dayton Premier Management is soliciting a quote for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to remove existing floor coverings and install new flooring in multifamily housing units and common areas across the authority. The scope includes glue-down commercial carpet, carpet with padding, glue-down luxury vinyl plank or tile flooring, wood quarter round, 4-inch and 6-inch rubber or vinyl cove base, transition strips, reducers, and trim. The contractor must inspect and prepare subfloors, perform required moisture testing for glue-down installations, remove and legally dispose of existing flooring and debris, install materials in accordance with manufacturer requirements, protect and clean completed areas, and provide a minimum one-year workmanship warranty with manufacturer material warranties passed through to the owner. Bidders must provide unit pricing per square yard and square foot, along with pricing for demolition, subfloor preparation, transitions, and related line items. Product data, samples, and warranties require approval before ordering.
