Description
The City seeks a commercially available, vendor-hosted location intelligence and visitation analytics solution for Parks & Recreation and Arts & Cultural Services, with flexibility to add other departments. The platform should analyze visitation and foot traffic, historical trends, visitor origins, dwell time, frequency, demographics, visitor journeys, events, and custom geographic areas or points of interest. It should provide interactive mapping, reporting and data exports, protect individual privacy, and support multiple users and service areas. Desired capabilities include retail leakage, site selection, economic impact, workforce and migration analysis, campaign effectiveness, scheduled reporting, public-facing visualizations, and APIs or automated data feeds. The contractor is expected to provide the subscription and data access, implementation and configuration, onboarding, training, documentation, technical support, maintenance, and any proposed analytical or integration services. Proposals must address the functional and technical requirements, security and privacy controls, data sources and methodology, historical data availability, customer support, costs, and the requested implementation and training plans. The City currently uses Placer.ai for Parks & Recreation location analytics.
