Description
The Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Bureau of Geological Survey, seeks a contractor to perform electrical resistivity surveys on an as-needed basis for geologic mapping, groundwater resource investigations, and geotechnical investigations. Work orders will identify project areas and survey transects. The contractor must provide staff, equipment, fieldwork, site restoration, and survey deliverables, including processed profiles, reference maps, raw digital data, and a report for each project area. The contract prohibits subcontracting the specified tasks and requires demonstrated experience conducting electrical resistivity surveys in Pennsylvania as a prime contractor. Bids are evaluated based on the total of the bid line items, with award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The initial term is one year, with up to four additional annual renewals.
