Description
The Kansas Department of Revenue seeks comprehensive janitorial services for four driver’s license examination and taxation offices in the Wichita area. Services are required five days per week during regular business hours and include routine floor and carpet care, restroom cleaning and restocking, trash removal, dusting, glass cleaning, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, and periodic deep cleaning. The contractor must provide cleaning supplies and commercial-grade equipment; the State supplies certain restroom and dispenser refills and toilet paper and paper towels. The proposal must include a technical proposal and a separate cost proposal, with staffing, qualifications, experience, timeline, methodology, references, and pricing. The contract term is January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2032. The vendor’s principal place of business and corporate headquarters must be physically located in Kansas. A mandatory in-person pre-bid conference is required, and bidders must obtain an official invitation and complete State bidder registration before submitting.
