Description
The City of North Las Vegas is soliciting proposals for collection agency services to manage and recover delinquent fees and fines associated with the City's Utility Accounts. The selected vendor will be responsible for collecting these outstanding debts. Proposals are to be submitted electronically through the Nevada Gove Marketplace (NGEM) system. The deadline for questions is June 9, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. local time. An optional pre-proposal meeting was held on June 2, 2026. The proposal due date is June 29, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. local time. The contract term is three years with two one-year extension options at the City's discretion.
