Description
The City of Arlington is seeking proposals for legal services from qualified professionals experienced in the collection of delinquent property taxes, municipal court debts, and accounts receivables. The goal is to enter into two professional services contracts to enhance the collection of these debts. The services will be provided at no cost to the City, with compensation for the successful contractors based on the additional collection percentage increments allowed by Texas law. The City of Arlington strongly encourages electronic proposal submissions. Paper proposals must be sealed, labeled with the company name, solicitation number, and title, and must be submitted by the deadline; late proposals will not be accepted. All solicitations are exclusively disseminated through Euna Procurement. The City of Arlington is not responsible for solicitations received through other means, as this may result in incomplete or non-compliant bids.
