Description
The Claremont Development Authority (CDA) is seeking a part-time bookkeeper to provide approximately 10 hours of service per month. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining company financials, including bank reconciliations, month-end closing, and cash flow management. Duties also include accounts receivable, such as invoicing and posting deposits, and accounts payable, including researching and resolving vendor issues. The bookkeeper will also prepare the company's QuickBooks accounts for the City's Auditor. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and either QuickBooks Desktop 2024 or QuickBooks Online. A minimum of two years of general accounting experience is required, along with strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and knowledge of administering loans and revolving loan funds.
