Description
The City of East Orange is soliciting proposals for General Banking Services. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City's E-Procurement portal by Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 11:00 AM local time. All proposals must be presented on the provided Proposal Forms and adhere to any stated format requirements. Submissions not on the provided forms may be rejected. Literature must accompany each proposal form. All professional service contractors are required to comply with Affirmative Action, Contract Compliance, Equal Employment Opportunities in Public Contracts, and Disclosure of Ownership requirements. Proposals cannot be modified, withdrawn, or canceled for sixty (60) days after the submission deadline.
