Description
SUNY Upstate intends to procure insurance collection services. This procurement is being made under discretionary authority, with a maximum award amount of $125,000. A sealed bid will not be held. Vendors interested in providing these services must contact the designated Campus Contact within fifteen (15) business days of the Advertisement Notice. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law Section 139 j&k, also known as the Lobbying Law. All communication regarding this procurement must be directed solely to the individual listed in the advertisement. Contacting any other individual at Upstate may violate New York State Finance Law and could result in no contract award or debarment from future sales to any NYS agency. Vendors responding must complete and submit applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law Section 139 j&k, and New York State's Tax Law Section 5-a.
