Description
Pinellas County is soliciting proposals for professional loan administration services to manage its existing mortgage loan portfolio. The portfolio consists of approximately 272 amortizing mortgages, with or without escrow, funded through various federal (CDBG, HOME, NSP), state (SHIP), and local (HTF, GF) sources. As of March 31, 2026, the portfolio had a principal balance of $12,704,707.96, with fixed-rate loans ranging from 0-5% interest. The services required include loan onboarding, payment processing, escrow administration, borrower communication, data security, and transition support. The selected vendor must have at least ten years of loan servicing experience and possess all necessary licensing and certifications.
